October 2026 Intake: Final Document Submission Deadline & COE File Processing Notice

This is an urgent circular for all prospective students who have registered for the October 2026 academic intake for Japanese language academies, vocational institutes, and university preparatory programs. The Immigration Services Agency of Japan (出入国在留管理庁) has enforced strict deadline cut-offs for initial Certificate of Eligibility (COE) submission.

All students must complete their bank solvency statement (minimum BDT 20–25 Lakh equivalent), 3-year income tax returns of the financial sponsor, sponsor relationship affidavit, and Japanese translation verification at our central processing office no later than October 15, 2026.

Failure to submit the finalized dossier before the designated cut-off date will lead to deferral to the January or April 2027 intake. The documentation team across Dhaka (Mirpur-10), Mymensingh, Jamalpur, and Rajshahi branches is providing 1-on-1 dossier audit sessions every day from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Please bring your original academic transcripts, valid passport (minimum 1.5 years validity), and sponsor's financial documents for expedited file certification.
